Huge White Banded kitchen jar-21cm, 8.5" tall
Made from very pale cream ironstone and with it's original lid
These storage jars were very common in the early 20th century as most ingredients were sold in pounds and ounces in local high street grocers shops.
In good, usable condition-
Original firing star crack at base and later chip at the base but still watertight, images 4 + 5
